REQUEST FOR TENDER FOR CREATIVE AGENCY
BACKGROUND:
Threshold is a national Housing charity, founded in **Apply on the
website**, with regional advice centres in Dublin, Cork and Galway.
Threshold provides frontline advice, advocacy and support services to
those facing housing problems in Ireland and operates the national
Tenancy Protection Service. Threshold promotes policy and legal change
in housing provision through research and evidenced based solutions.
We do this by:
* Campaigning for suitable housing delivered on a rights-based
approach
* Analysing existing problems and seeking innovative approaches and
solutions through quality research and informed by evidence from our
services
* Providing independent advisory and advocacy services
* Working in collaboration with others for those disadvantaged by
the housing system
* Providing long-term solutions for people who are homeless
We are currently inviting Tenders for a Creative Agency to provide
strategic, campaign planning, design and copywriting services which
supports the Direct Mail, Major Giving, Individual Giving, Donor care,
Donor Acquisition and Digital Fundraising programmes of Threshold.
AGENCY SUPPORTS REQUIRED:
Threshold is looking to arrange a two-year partnership with an
exceptional creative agency that understands and resonates with our
goals, mission and values, and that wants to make positive social
impact. The timeline for the partnership will be from Feb 1st **Apply

The Creative Agency will:
* Provide strategic campaign support to the Threshold fundraising
team to plan and deliver annual warm and cold individual giving
campaigns across a range of headings.
* Create a suite of assets to support digital and direct mail
campaigns.
* Provide copywriting support across a range of campaigns.
* Develop direct mail campaigns including client interviews, letter
copywriting, lifts & direct mail packs, letter variables & support
with segmentation / data segments.
* Pro-actively support the fundraising team to develop and deliver
donor acquisition and donor care campaigns in line with available
budgets.
* Liaise with fundraising team on ongoing basis.
* Ensure that at all stages of campaigns; relevant learnings are
collected and distributed through the necessary methods and
communicated back to the fundraising team.
* Demonstrate the capacity and professional ability to deliver the
partnership.
* Demonstrate a track record of delivering similar partnerships and
provide references.
* Have robust Quality Assurance Procedures.
* Have full regard to COVID-**Apply on the website** measures,
remote working, and amend all relevant policies in light of measures
in this area.
* Ensure work facilitates consistency, clarity and that the
partnership reflects the culture and values of Threshold.
